Notify Our Sommelier Team
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and details regarding the condition of the wine.
Secure the Bottle
If the wine is corked or faulty, please re-seal the bottle with the remaining liquid inside and place it back into its original protective packaging.
Arrange Collection
We will schedule a convenient courier pickup from your address or provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to drop off at a local collection point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our cellar team receives and inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement bottle within 5-7 business days.
