What is your policy on 'corked' or spoiled bottles?

If you believe your wine is faulty, please contact our sommelier team within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or a full credit for any bottle that does not meet our rigorous quality standards.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our cellar, you will receive a tracking link via email that provides live updates on your shipment's progress and estimated arrival time.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Because our shipments contain alcohol, an adult aged 18 or over must be present to provide a signature and valid ID upon delivery.
